ConneCCS - Target Monitoring System

ConneCCS - Target Monitoring System is a web application for the College of Computer Studies of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC). It is used by authorized faculty, staff, and administrators to prepare and follow office and individual performance commitments, record accomplishments and ratings, coordinate reportorial submissions, and communicate about college work — without leaving spreadsheets, shared drives, and ad-hoc messaging.

An account issued by the College is required. This page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service are public and can be read without signing in.

Performance targets and reviews

Prepare and track the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR) and the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR): targets, success indicators, accomplishments, ratings, signoffs, and the review path from self-rating through secretary and dean review.

Reportorial requirements

Organize reportorial folders, list the requirements attached to each one, set deadlines, collect supporting files from faculty, and show at a glance who has submitted and who still has not.

College coordination

Role-based announcements, direct messages, deadline reminders, and notifications — scoped to a user's role so each person only sees the offices and submissions they are responsible for.

Who the app is for

ConneCCS is an internal work system for authorized CSPC College of Computer Studies faculty and staff. Accounts are issued and approved by the College; sign-in verifies the account and applies the access permissions assigned to it. It is not a public social service and is not directed at children.

How account information is used

Sign-in verifies an account and applies its assigned access permissions. If a user chooses Google sign-in, ConneCCS receives basic identity details such as the Google account identifier, email address, and available name or profile image in order to authenticate that user and associate the account. It does not use Google sign-in to read Gmail or Google Contacts.

Separately, authorized administrators may connect a Google Drive account for the system's document workflows. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what that integration can access, what is stored, and how long information is kept.
