Terms of Service
ConneCCS - Target Monitoring System · CSPC College of Computer Studies · Effective September 30, 2026
These terms govern the use of ConneCCS - Target Monitoring System ("ConneCCS"), the performance target monitoring system operated by the College of Computer Studies of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC). ConneCCS supports office and individual performance commitments and reviews, accomplishments and ratings, reportorial requirements and submissions, announcements, messaging, and notifications.
Who may use ConneCCS
ConneCCS is an internal work system. Access is limited to faculty, staff, and administrators whose accounts have been issued and approved by the College. An account is personal to its holder: credentials must not be shared, and activity performed under an account is treated as performed by that user. Use by anyone who is not an authorized College account holder is prohibited.
Acceptable use
When using ConneCCS, users agree to:
- Enter accurate, complete, and current information, and keep their own profile details up to date.
- Submit only work products and supporting files they are authorized to submit and share with the relevant office.
- Use role-based features only within the scope of their assigned responsibilities, and not attempt to view, alter, or delete records belonging to another office or another person.
- Treat office announcements, documents, messages, and performance records as institutional work product, and not redistribute them outside the College.
- Report suspected unauthorized access, or any loss of data, to the College or the Data Protection Officer promptly.
Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the system, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use it to store or distribute unlawful material.
Roles and responsibilities
ConneCCS assigns each account a role, and the role determines which screens, records, and actions are available. Faculty record and review their own performance and submissions; secretaries and coordinators maintain office performance commitments, requirements, and deadlines; deans and administrators review, approve, and administer the system. Approvals recorded in ConneCCS carry the weight of the corresponding act in the College's own administrative process.
Availability and changes
The College may change, suspend, or retire features of ConneCCS as operational needs change, and may update these terms to match the system's actual use. Where a change affects a user's obligations, the College will communicate it through official College channels.
Intellectual property and ownership
Performance commitments, accomplishments, ratings, reportorial folders, and files recorded in ConneCCS are institutional records of the College. Users retain ownership of the underlying work they submit and grant the College the right to store, process, reproduce, and use it for its academic, performance-management, administrative, and records-management purposes.
Privacy
How ConneCCS collects, uses, stores, and shares information — including information received from Google sign-in and from the Google Drive integration — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
The College provides ConneCCS for its internal work and does so in reliance on the accuracy of information entered by users. To the extent permitted by law, the College is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the system's contents, or from temporary unavailability of the system.
